• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• Please return items in unused condition with all original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bag (if applicable). We reserve the right not to issue an exchange if the shoes are not in pristine condition.
• If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll issue you a full refund or you can choose store credit for a future purchase.

Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please reach out to us via email at customerservice@yvonneliaonyc.com and we’ll guide you through the return process quickly and easily.
• A $15.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Once you receive your prepaid return label, follow the instructions in your confirmation email and send your shoes back within 14 days.
• Please return items in unused condition with all original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bag (if applicable). We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the shoes are not in pristine condition.
• Shoes marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive your return or exchange, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
