1. How to Measure Your Feet
Let’s make sure your shoes fit perfectly! Here’s a quick way to measure your feet at home:
- Grab a piece of paper and put it on the floor. Stand on it with your full weight.
- Trace around your foot with a pencil held straight up.
- Measure from your heel to your longest toe.
- Do the same for your other foot—use the bigger measurement when picking your size.
- Compare your numbers with our general shoe size guide. For each shoe style, check the size guide on the product page too, since sizes can vary a bit.
2. Picking the Right Size
The right fit makes all the difference!
- Use our general shoe size guide as a starting point.
- Check each product page for detailed sizing tips—every shoe is a little different.

3. How to Care for Your Shoes
Treat your shoes right, and they’ll treat you back:
- Keep them in a dry, cool place, ideally in their shoe boxes—this helps keep the colors bright and dust-free.
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth when they need to be cleaned. No harsh scrubbing needed!
- Let them air out after wearing—they’ll stay fresher and last longer.
4. Hand-Embellished Rhinestones & Flowers
Some of our shoes are decked out with sparkly rhinestones and flowers by hand—so they’re extra special, but they need a little love:
- We include extra rhinestones and flowers just in case one falls off.
- These embellishments can wear over time—just like your favorite clothes or accessories.
- Most shoe repair shops can help reattach them if needed, so your shoes stay looking magical.
5. Removable Inserts
Got shoes with removable inserts? Here’s how to care for them:
- Hand wash gently with soap and water.
- Let them air dry completely before putting them back in your shoes.
- Avoid the washing machine—it can damage the inserts.
6. Extra Tips from Me to You
- Breaking in new shoes: Wear them around the house for a bit—they’ll mold to your feet in no time.
- Weather check: Try to avoid heavy rain or snow—it helps protect your shoes and embellishments.
- Quick maintenance: Keep an eye out for loose sparkles or minor scuffs and fix them early—your shoes will thank you!
7. What materials are our shoes made of?
We carefully select high-quality, vegan materials to make our shoes both stylish and comfortable. “Vegan” means none of our materials are derived from animals—so no leather, suede, or animal by-products. Instead, we use soft, breathable mesh, smooth patent leather alternatives, and durable water-resistant PU, all chosen for comfort, longevity, and beauty. Cushioned insoles provide all-day support, while adjustable straps and premium hardware ensure a perfect fit.
Note: Some removable insoles are colored red, which may transfer slightly onto light-colored socks or stockings.
