All of our orders are shipped from New York. We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, and do not ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes.

• Free Standard Ground Shipping: Available for orders over $300. 
• Standard Ground Shipping (7-9 Business Days): $15 for orders under $300
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $20 for faster delivery.
• Orders placed by 5pm EST / 2pm PST will ship the next business day. 
• Orders placed after 5pm EST / 2pm PST will ship within 2 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order has shipped! Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

The carrier tracking page may not always update in real time, but rest assured that your package is on its way.

Please allow one business day from your order’s ship date for the estimated arrival window and other tracking information to appear.

Stolen or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please start by checking with neighbors, your building management, or any safe spots where the carrier may have left it.

If you still cannot locate your package, notify us at customerservice@yvonneliaonyc.com within 3 days of the delivery date so we can assist. We’ll work with the carrier to request proof of delivery and explore available options.

Please note that once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. While we are unable to replace items in these cases, we’ll do our best to support you in tracking down your order.

To help prevent issues with stolen or lost packages, please only ship to a secure address where you’ll be available to receive your delivery. We also send real-time shipping updates so you can plan ahead.
